The 3M™ synthetic steel wool pad is a tough, durable choice for cleaning delicate surfaces and precision tools. Designed to be used wet or dry, this pad pairs perfectly with waxes or oils to buff shellac, lacquer and varnished surfaces, as well as to clean glass, dishware and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coated surfaces. Built to be tough and durable, the 3M™ synthetic steel wool pad is made from a synthetic material that does not rust, splinter or shred like steel wool. This material composition makes it an ideal choice for use with water-based strippers and finishes. Additionally, this pad can be rinsed and reused for enhanced product lifespan.
