Oatey® Retro Master Flash® roof flashings are engineered for profiled roofing material and designed for installations where standard flashing can't be used because of continuous pipe or obstructions.
- 8 x 8 in soft aluminum base for profiled metal roofs
- Easily customized to accommodate Use on multiple pipe sizes
- Most commonly used with an existing roof penetration, when installing a flashing Over the pipe is not an option and requires a hard-to-reach or wrap-around installation
- Marked cut lines allow for easy installation and customization for various pipe sizes with a sharp knife or scissors
- Slide over pipe, use silicone sealant between base and surface, then secure with sheet metal screws
- Flexible base conforms to most flat or contoured roof surfaces including clay tile and metal roofs, sliding over vent pipe with pitch from 0 to 45 deg
- Non-fading EPDM collar provides maximum resistance to weathering caused by ozone and UV rays
- Rated to withstand 212 deg F continuous heat and approved for Type B installations, intermittent temperature resistance to 275 deg F
- Do not use petroleum based products on retro master roof flashings
