2009 GMC 4X4 SIERRA 1500 ‘TAKE A RIDE ON THEWILD SIDE’ CONTEST RULES

  1. To enter complete an entry ballot available at your participating Castle Building Centre Store or in your Castle Building Centre flyer during the contest period. Deposit it by the contest closing date in the ‘Take a Ride on the Wild Side’ ballot box located in any participating Castle Building Centre anywhere in Canada. Contest commences April 1, 2009 and closes on June 30, 2009.  Entries are limited to one ballot, per person, per day. Castle Building Centres and the contest administrator will not be responsible for entries or prize-winning notification lost or misplaced regardless of cause. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

  2. Prize: There will be one grand prize of a 2009 GMC 4x4 Sierra 1500 truck.  Truck specifications are available at participating stores.

  3. Conditions of the prize: Prize winner must accept the GMC truck as awarded.  There will be no cash equivalent awarded.  In the event the person whose name is drawn is unable to accept the prize, then the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no other prize will be awarded to that prize winner in its place.  That prize will then be awarded to an alternate winner selected from all eligible entries received.

  4. Draw: Following the close of the contest, a selection will be made from all eligible entries received on July 24, 2009 (or shortly thereafter) at 6375 Dixie Road, Suite 400, Mississauga, Ontario.  In order to win, the selected entrant will have had to correctly answer, unassisted, the arithmetic skill testing question appearing on the contest entry form.  Decisions of the independent contest organization in relation to any matter relating to the contest will be final. By entering, the person agrees to be bound by the contest rules and by receiving their prize, the winner consents to the contest promoter to use their name, address and photograph without compensation in relation to contest publicity. The odds of winning the truck depends on the number of eligible entries received.

  5. Eligibility: To be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Canada, who has reached the age of majority in their province of residence. Also anyone who is not an employee of, representative of, agent of, or domiciled with an employee of, or agent of Castle Building Centres or its dealers, the ‘Take a Ride on the Wild Side’ advertising agencies, promotional agencies or the independent contest judging organization. This contest is subject to all federal and provincial laws where applicable.  Contest not available in Quebec.

  6. Castle Building Centre, at its sole option, reserves the right to place any reasonable restrictions on the prize and to substitute in whole or in part a prize or a component of a prize of equal or greater value.
